Neither deliver the order nor refund the amount of advance

Dear Sir,

I have booked an order for buying Swiss knife from India plaza in the 1st week of january.my order no was 030120090973, I have given Rs 3385 as 100%advance paonyment for item through SBI cheque no 225227 which was encashed by them on 29th january. The cheque was in favour of mercado online Pvt ltd, 1st floor, 673, 10th Main, 7th croo HAL 2nd stage, Indira nagar Bangalore 560008.according to the advice of India plaza. But Unfortunately Neither the item delivered to me nor the money returned to me.
