No response on my purchase

I have ordered Videocon DVD 5.1 Channel with USB with Adidas Bag free worth Rs.949 from India Plaza on October 12. My order no is 121020090223. Till date i have written 'n' number times for asking details of my order and when will i get delivery of the same. The delivery was suppose to be made in 7 days from the order. Till date i havent received the product and no body is responding from India Plaza. Last communication from them was that product would be shipped on November 9 but no details have been provided about the shipping on their web page.
