Non delivery of orders - blatant lies

I had booked 2 books on IndiaPlaza on 27th Feb. The status was updated to 'shipped' immediately on the next day. However, till date I have not received the order. Everyday I call customer care, and the response is either - 'will ship by evening' or 'will receive in 2 - 3 days'. Alas, those 3 days never came. Worst, I wrote a letter to Indiaplaza, only for the customer care to blatanly lie on his reply - saying that I have already received the package - back on 7th March! When on 7th, 8th, 11th of March, they have said 'it will ship soon'. These guys are nothing but crooks - I am not sure how I can get my money back. I do not what came upon me to purchase from them, when everywhere I read bad reviews about them. I thought, they maybe few, but this is the hard truth. Thiefs and liars, I am not going down without a fight on a Rs 2000 worth of order which promised 3 day shipping!
