India Plaza is a Hoax Standard Charted also has moral obligation

I had placed an order with India plaza on 14th September vide order number IN1409100354. This was redemption of approximately 6100 points on my stan c credit card. I have received only 1 item from the ordered list and there is no news about the other 3 pending items. Repeated attempts to get in touch with the customer care department have proved to be futile as no one picks up the line. The only time I could speak to an executive I was told that the items will be shipped by October 2nd but there has been no news since. I wrote an email to the customer care department and was told that it will take another 10 days to ship these items. I honestly believe that a business like this should be forced to shut shop so that these people can realize that they at no cost would be allowed to cheat people. This is just a bunch of incompetent crooks who have no values, morals or ethos and should be made to pay for every consumer s plight if required from their own pocket.
