Most horrible service

I am super pissed about my experience with indiaplaza. i ordered rakhi and other gifts to be delivered before rakshabandhan. they guaranteed on the phone that the gifts will be delivered prior to the big day. this was my first experience with them but i read on the internet that they have been doing business for a while so i tried.

inspite of calling so many times prior to the day, i was assured until the end that my gifts will be delivered. to my total surprise, they failed and did not even have the courtesy to apologize. it was the most horrible experience and i talked to some of my friends who also said that their experience with the company has been very poor.

i do not recommend buying from them at ALL. finally, they gave me refund for the order not processed after ten more calls but the trauma was immense.
