Non delivery of rakhi and mithai to New York

I placed an order for delivery to my son in New York on 26th July. I had to pay through my nose for a rakhi and 500gms of Ladoos. Yet the package has not reached my son. When I wrote to Indiaplaza, they kept putting me off for days, saying that they were waiting for info.everytime I wrote, they would promise to respond in 2-3 working days and not do anything till i wrote to them again.

Ultimately they said that the order had been returned. Why it was returned is not clear and no effort was made to re deliver or to refund my money. Things are at a standstill now. They have not replied to my last mail and they just do not mention a refund.
