Product not delivered nor getting any updates

I have placed an order for Canon Powershot A720 IS - 8MP & 6X Optical Zoom With 1GB Card, Pouch and Battery Charger with 2 Batteries under order # 230620080995, In site the order status is displayed as "Ready to Ship" from last 15 Days.

I have earlier recived your commitment mail that the product will be shipped by 4th July 08; Now again delaying shipment. In every mail I asked for the confirmation but recieved mail with unsatisfacroy answers, now not even replying to the mails or by telephone.
