Non delivery of Speed Post (EN628910351IN)

I have booked above consignment to Gaya (bihar) from Speed Post centre at Dwarakangar, Vishakhapatnam (AP) on 27 Oct 09. The consignment has been sent to Bhagalpur after reaching patna. I have lodged complain with Speed Post centre (near railway Station) on 03 Nov 09 (complain no. 11110603967). Ihave been asking postal department about the delay and the time it will take to deliver at Gaya. I am yet to recieve any feedback on my complain except the acknowledgement. India Post promise to deliver speed with in 72 hrs. It has already passed 12 days (24X12 hrs). There is very important paper inside. I request you to look into this lapse from India Post, Thanks.
