Non receipt of AD card and status of delivery

Dear sir/madam

the details of two registered letters dispatched by me are as follows

1) RL AD B 3144, DATED- 31/03, 15:50 ; posted from Krisha nagar post office 110051, counter-2

2) RL AD B 3145, DATED- 31/03, 15:51 ; posted from Krisha nagar post office 110051, counter-2

these letters are really important as they are related to my joining in govt. of india under national rural health mission.

till date i havent received my AD cards . i m not sure about delivery status of these letters.

kindly help me finding the status as i am unable to find a link on india post website regarding tracking for registered letters .. all i could find was speed post tracking..
