Speed Post not delivered till date

I was booked some important paper in Churchgate Post Office for Patna through Speed Post on 31.07.09. Speed Post No. is EM033207100IN. But why is not reach on time and not display in track status of 4th and 5th August on India Speed Post Site. Please take necessary action and inform me why has late.
