Late delivery

Dear Postal Team,

Today i received registred post with no RLAD A 2369, it was booked on hyderabad 11th August but this documents received by me today on 21st august, its already 10days over, howmany days to take one docuement from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam? I am unhappy with ur serivce, do u no what document i received that cover, thats my appointment letter of Deccan Gramena Bank, its may suppose to joined on 17th of August, but it was reached me today means 21st August, Its too bad, if we will send by ordinary post it will take 24hours time to deliver, its toooo bad, better to improve ur serivce, there is a competition world private courier people are delivering with 24 hours, but u may taken 10days to deliver from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam? Its feeling same or not?

Who will solve this problem, plz do needfull
