USPS Expressmail not received

Hi

I am expecting the delivery of USPS Expressmail delivery in India. The booking number is CP05 4216 053U S booked on 25th July. Online tracking site USPS says it has cleared Customs in India on 4th August. But sofar there is no communication thereafter.

How do I track it in India?
