Late Delivery of Speed post

A speed post which has been given booked on 09.09. destination Churchgat, Mumbai, from Gulzarbagh post office, Patna reached to the mailling address on 14.9.09. The EMS No is "EF024625235IN" favour of undersigned. My query is that if we book a post under normal post is reaches to the city from that particular city is reaches within 3 or 4 days. Where is my article between 10.9.09 to 13.9.09, no remarks available on your site? Why we mailed speed post? My urgent paper did not reach on time. I have contacted to Marine Line Post Office, Mumbai on 11 & 12.9.09 but that was not reached there.

What is the point of using the speed post service, where in they promise to send it on a priority basis. Your department is not response in time for delivered the article. The amount of physical and mental torture that the service provider has provided on this matter who is responsible for this?
