Speed Post Poor Service

Hello Sir,

On 13th oct i booked an consignment from Thakurpukur Branch of Kolkata circle via consignment no. SPEW32655145IN. Till date it has not reached it destination while it is supposed that max 3-4 days will be taken by it. on the other hand when i try to track it through so calle don-line tracking system it shows no info regarding the same, not even the boking office and staus. its neither of the costomer call centres helplines are working i tried kolkata circle, howrah SPeed post manager. aso when i visit their post office to get the details they say they cant help without citing ay reason.

what am i supposed to do now.
