Registered Post not delivered from Kolkata to Bangalore

Sir,

I had sent a registered post from Jadavpur University Post Office, kolkata-700032 on 14th October, to Bangalore but the letter has not been received by the destination and neither the AD came back to my address (Archana Apartment, Block 3G, New Hospital Road, Kathgola, Chinsurah-712101).the registry post no. is 4846.

This is my humble request kindly inform me the status of my post and if possible please arrange the proper delivery of that post. This is very urgent as the post contains a job offer letter reply to employer and it is very critical.
