Non delievery of overseas parcelafter three months

Sir i booked a parcel for japan with noRR7711282391IN on 10-1after 15 days of booking the parcel i went to enquire at the post office and were told that come after one month. After 30 days i went to the post office and was asked to write a request for tracking of parcel. And was asked to pay Rs 10-00 as the enquiry fee but till today i only recieve an answer that come after 10 days. I want to ask one question that if these departments are not capable to work why this is shown to public as they are working like no other i have experienced myself

why they have charged if they can not provide a service and the staff on duty has only one duty to ask the enquirer to come again after 10 days and if asked to clarify it then no responsible person meet there. i fail to understand what to do

yes one thing more just imagined how the public money is being wasted as they have the site indiapost.where u can fill in ur complaints after filling it at least for 100 times no answer
