Late delivery of post/Rakhi

I wonder if normal mail takes less days to reach as compared to speed post. It took me almost 15 days to receive the mail of Rakshabandhan.

The details of the mail are -

EM3089979516IN dated 29/07

I urge the authorities to look in the matter & see that this never happens in future. This is like India Post is betraying customers of committing to deliver in 2 days against actually delivering in 10 days.

I had also posted gifts to my sister from Bangalore MG Road post office on 01/08 to Mumbai & Kopargaon. But still my sister are waiting for the gift to be delivered.
