Non Delivery of Speed Post no EW271938330IN

I had sent very important documents by speed post on 16/02 from Kolkata GPO to Allahabad. Today it is 21/02 but the packet has not yet been delivered. India Post Speed post claim to deliver the speed post with in 48 hours. More than 150 hours have passed but the result is zero. I tried to contact the postal department at Kolkata as well as the Allahabad office but as usual, no body picked up the phone.

I want my packet to be delivered immediately without further delay.
