Non-delivery of items

Dear Sir,

I had sent two parcels via speed post to my Kerala address via Speed post as the clerk had advised of the safety of the delivery method on 22nd December. However not only have the parcels not been delivered, the tracking details are shown incorrectly. The delivery date of consignment EN621770102IN shows as 31st October while it was despatched on 22nd December and the delivery is showing as having been made to Wardha HO! There are no tracking details available for consignment EN621770093IN!

I am not sure how the clerk could have processed such a request withouy checking the centres available for speed post! I therefore request you to kindly take the necessary action to deliver the parcels to the nearest Speed post centre / PO to my address (Tiruvalla or Kozhenchery or Pathanamthitta, Kerala) so that I may arrange to collect the same.
