Not possible to unsubscribe as the web address is not available

I want to unsbuscribe the Bikini Babes subscription. It was informed by india times that the subscription can be withdrawn at any time by clicking http://wap.indiatimes.com/wapunsub.html? =subwapbik. But no such site address is seen available. Rs.5/- is being deducted daily from my available balance. So i register this complaint and request that the services may be unsubscribed from 27.07.2012 onwards and no subscription may be made after that. If it is not possible i will change my cell connection when the balance amount exhausts. I have tried so many attempts to stop the subscription but all my efforts are become fruitless efforts. stop subscription to the address mentioned above.
