Not delivered

I send rakhi from sifymall (indiatimes) to haryana. First they send to jaipur and then resend to haryana. I placed an order well in advance and select a shipping date 30th july. On 1st August when i called them, they tell me that they send to jaipur when i tell them that karnal is in haryana not in jaipur they resend it to karnal. On 3rd, 4th i continuously called them to know the status, they said on 5th it will be delivered 100%. on 10th i again called them to ask why it is not delivered as yet.they says it returned back to us due to not find the address by courier company. Actually Aramex (courier company) dosent have a branch in karnal. They refund my money back by canceling the order but it is not the matter of canceling the order but it is the matter of relationship.
