I took a year subscription of hello magazine which started from july. For the second subcription i left a complaint on their website regarding their inability to deliver me my subscription copy and within 2 days time i got a call confirming my address and i recieved my copy in a weeks time. But it is dissapointing that i havnt recieved any magazine after august inspite of making the full payment and reminding them again and again. Can anyone please help me in getting my refund...? how do they run such big companies if they cant even deliver the subscription copy on time... it is highly ridiculous...
