1 year subscription of a Magazine

Dear Sir,

I have bought one year subscription of Retailer magazine from Indiatimes.com dated 23rd Sep 08, in last year, Order No.: 111296786, Sub order no.: 1567698 with the cash payment. But till now I have only recvd 4 edition of the magazine out of 12 issues through out the year.. I have followed up with Indiatimes.com many a times and i have got 2 issues out of 4 after rigorous follow ups with them.. But rest month issues i followed up but could nt trace, as customer care people kept on asking for time and they followed up with the magazine but nothing came out. I am quite frustrated with the whole thing.

There are few things:

1. Indiatimes never follow up for there customer interest, they were not atall concern

2. The Retailer has no clue on there monthly issue regular prepaid customers

3. I followed up through out the year with Indiatimes.com. I spoke with different manager's and CCA's for the follow up, but no outcome and imagine i hvae to follow up for each month issues, that too after paying in advance.

Kindly suggest what can be done.. I have all the bills and some mails of follow up..
