Promised Handset not delivered

This is really saddening that i had placed the captioned order thru website www.shopping.indiatimes.com.

1. The delivery was made after 14 days

2. The Order was for T99I a touch screen mobile but what I have received is normal mobile without touch screen on it.

3. The camera of the mobile was supposed to be of 2 Megpixel, but the quality received is even worse than a VGA camera

4. The email ID for complaints does not work

5. The phone numbers for complaint are not answered

Kindly take appropriate action against the company and arrange resolution of the matter
