Bought a Faulty Tool Kit

We have bought a faulty tool kit from Indiatimes.com on 06.10.09 order no : 111967807. Once it was reported faulty they have aggreed to refund the money & arrange to pick up the tool kit from us. Complain Ni given by them 6805. Nobody has turned yet to pick up the kit.
Looks like once the sell happen they are just least bothered. We never though that such a big set up can beheave so unethicaly.
Request you to help us to resolve the issue. Its not about Rs 1000, its about feeling cheated.
