Wrong Info to Consumers

First and foremost, Can someone confirm if the complaints given on this site is looked and acted upon by the concerned authority or is it just to make the public referring this site cautious.

I would appreciate if someone takes action on these complaints.

Wrong Details to Consumers

I was contacted by the representative at India-Times on Feb02 for the card which I accepted with the offer on the following grounds:-

1. The card is accepted at all malls such as Big Bazaar, Reliance and other outlets where major Grocery items can be purchased. I specifically agreed for the card for the fact that I can utilize at Big Bazaar where my major purchases happen.

2. I have received gift vouchers which has printed stating 31st Dec is the last date, I have received the card only on March 06. I was told by the representative that the vouchers are valid for a year from the date of receipt.

On the above grounds, I spoke to the representatives at Diners Club and also the Representative at India-times and haven’t received any resolution to the above.

They lure the customers by giving them wrong product information.

Is it possible to get a resolution at the earliest.
