Awaiting PF Withdrawal

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that after several complaints & reminder complaints lodged with the PF Office grivence division with regards to my PF withdrawal. I haven't heard any thing from the PF Office. It's been around 1year and 3 months, i haven't received my PF amount. My previous Complaint # with PF Office were MOLBR/E/00022, dated 06/Jan, MOLBR/E/00023 dated 06/01/10, MOLBR/E/00170 dtd 07/Feb. My PF # is DL/38403/0801. My Employer M/s American Express Banking Corp Submitted my PF withdrawal form at RPFC Office Wazirpur, Delhi first time on 12-May-09, PF office asked to resubmit as they misplaced the same, so my office submitted the second time on 07-Aug-09, then again for the third time on 02-Sep-09 on the request of the PF office.

However till date no action has been taken by the RPFC office in order to refund my hard earned PF amount. Would request you to look in to this matter and help me in getting my hard earned money back
