India Times Online Shopping Complaints - Rs 10000 was debited from credit card instead of 150

I have made a payment of Rs 150.00 against order no. 11525713 dated 13 Feb at 01:29 PM through my ICICI Credit Card, amount deducted through the above transaction showing in my credit card statement is Rs 10000.00 instead of Rs 150.00.

I have lodged a compalint with Indiatimes on 14th of Feb but there was no response, again I forwarded the same complaint on 16th of Feb and received a reply on 20th Feb stating that your comlplaint has been lodged with us and they have given me a interaction number 9502028 for further interaction. I called up the customer care number on 02nd March only to know that they have not received any payment against the said order and the amount charged is in the account of Times Classified and they will refuund the amount, they had given me a number of Times Classified Office. I called on that number only to hear that there is no such transaction and they only charge payment against classified advertisements.

I have again forwarded the mail to customer care service of indiatimes and I do not know what will be the result.
