Rs 10000 was debited from credit card insted of 574

Hi,

I am really very upset with service of IndiaTimes shopping and now want your intervention to help me out and save me from ruining.

On 30th of Sep, i booked an 1GB MP player of Rs 574 from IndiaTimes shopping online and made the payment from SBI Credit Card. After sometime i checked my SBI Card a/c and was shocked to see that Rs 10000 (10K) was credited to IndiaTimes shopping. Immediately I brought this discrepency to IndiaTimes and was told that due to server error it might have occurred and would be rectified in 24 hours. But nothing happened till this date. On 3rd Of Oct, I again called them and was told to send SBI Card statement where the amount is credited to IndiaTimes. I sent the details instantly but invain. I again called them yestrerday, on 6th Oct and was told to give another 24 hours. And finally I called them this morning and again they are saying same to give another 24 hours. I just gave up now.

Now being at receiving end, I am runnung sort out my passense and believe to Indiatimes. So, finally thought to bring the grief to consumer forum.
