Not refunding the one year subscription charge

I placed an order at "shopping.indiatimes.com/" for the one year subscription for the magazine " PC QUEST " on 22th June. I made the payment of Rs.1080.00 through credit card. I received the magazine continuously next two months (i.e. july and august). After that on 28th August, I received a mail from indiatimes site that, my order has been canceled and the amount I have payed will be refunded. But till today I have got neither the amount not the magazine. Today I made a call to their customer care center (at 09867748888) but every time I found it busy.

Now I want to get back my payment. I am providing you all the necessary information. Please do the needful ASAP.
