My order no... 111343398 complaint no... 829929
delivered to me through tnt courier services
as advised by india times shopping product [ camera] was returned to the merchant AMS EXPORTERS HYDERA BAD and was duly received by them 10.11.2008
till then i have been only receiving mails from india times that my problem will be resolved with in 10 days. Recently i got an e mail on 24.11.2008 that my problem will be solved wtih in 48 hours. sorry to tell nothing concrete has been done by them regarding my returns. please help me out from this ams exporters.
