Indiatimes shopping / BP monitor
Non-delivary of product

Dear Sir,

I had place an order on 10 june for citizen BP monitor on indiatimes shopping website & payment made through internet banking. payment is received to company & they had given me an AWB no. of EXpreeSSit courier after so many complain & updated the status as a reshipped through DTDC courier with another AWB no. (both the AWB no in non traceable) still i did not received the product after 34 days.

they have to improve the services and before the updating on website check the information authenticity.
