Making bib advertisment and fooling the pubkic

Sir/ Madam,

India Times group is placing an advertisement in Times of India News paper where they offer REEBOK Kit containing a pair of shoe, a track suit, a towel and a bag.

They gave the contact no as 40502424 & 18001024242

I made a booking on this phone on Jan. 31st an made the payment by Credit card with a condition that the goods will be delivered within 21 days with two additional items i.e. a wallet & a keychain.

The booing no. is 7700021897.

The date of delivery was till Feb. 20th as per the commitment, however they did not delivered the goods till date.

When I called them today, they claim that they do not have my address and even my name is not correct with them.

They claim that there is a technical fault and hence they will take another 7-10 days from today.

This is just an abuse as they took the money with a commitment and do not bother to deliver the goods.

I would like to lodge my complaint on TWO counts:

1. Putting an advertisement and then do not follow their own rules.

2. Take the money and do not bother to deliver the goods.
