Efund not received

I purchased I phone from indiatimes shopping and received the product which was defective. I asked to replace the product.the product was taken back from me and i again received the same defective product. Then i requested to cancel the order and i sent the product back. But again they sent me the same defective product again. I called so many times in the customer care, everytime they said that they will get back to me in 24 hrs but never received call back from their side. Its almost two and half months now but neither received a proper product nor cash back. Please help me to get back my money.
