Hi! I am an Indian residing in New Zealand. Like all daughters, I decided to send my mother a mother's Day Gift. I booked my order on Indiatimes order number 111637514. I presumed it would be hassle free and painless, quite the contrary, I called up my mother on mother's Day and very excitedly asked her how did she find the surprise. She was taken aback as she had not received anything. On the other hand, she had received a call from a courier agency saying that they could not find the address and therefore had sent the goods back to the store and she was supposed to collect it from the store (what a surprise!). I called up there customer service and tried to explain in vain what had happened. The easiest solution they could offer was we will refund the money (which has not happened till date). It is one of the worst websites in India right now. They are absolute rip offs and they have morons sitting in there customer services. I have learnt my lesson the hard way. Never ever using the site again. Its quite unbelievable that they are a sister concerns of Times of India.
