Non delivery of mobile phone

Dear Sir,

I have booked an order at indiatimes online shopping for purchase of Alfatel Dual Sim mobile phone and I contacted mobile number 9876848888 vide which I was told to make payment amounting to Rs. 4140 by cheque payable at Amritsar. I made the payment vide check number 253291 dated 11-05-09 of SBI cantt branch Amritsar which has already been cleared but I have not been delivered the above mentioned mobile phone. After waiting for so many days I contacted at customer care service number 9876848888 and I was told that my complaint has been lodged vide number 1085851 ssdated 03-06-09 and the appropriate action will be taken and I was assured that my complaint will be resolved within 7 working days. Now 7 days have again been passed, neither I have been delivered the mobile phone nor I have been contacted. You are requested to intervene into the matter and provide me the justice.
