Gift offer has not delivered

On 6th of June I placed an order of LAPTOP TABLE through telephone, against credit card. The condition of advertisement in Times of India, that if, the payment made by credit card, the company will give gift of lunch box worth Rs.160/- I received the main order on June 9 . On inquiring the concerned person I was told that gift will be delivered after seven days of main products. Since now I have not received the gift item. The Times people are not responding my inquires and try to neglect.
