WRONG ORDER DELIVERY

I had made on order for online delivery of rakhi gift to my brother on 30/07 and on 31/07 some other procut has been delivered, since that day i am repeatedly making calls to customer care and writting mails 2-3 on daily basis but till date no action has been taken.

I told them that since this is a rakhi gift it will have no value if it reaches after rakhi, but they are in mood to listen and they take things so lightly that i am amazed. The esclation matrix MR KARN SINGH i thing is worst than every tele callers as even after making requst nothin has done.

I AM VERY ANGRY AND I WANT TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION, BUT DONT KNOW HOW.

IF ANY ONE CAN HELP PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW
