Cancellation Requested/wrong product shipped

I cancelled the order about 10-12 days ago. I received the Products soon after cancellation, I was advised by the executive that a courier Guy will come and take the delivered products away, which unfortunately did not work, noone ever came or enquired about it. The sub Order. However I didn't receive the Bangle set for which I paid for which the status was shipped.

Yesterday eve their was a deleivery made at my place but my name was on the box inside that the Invoice was at someone else's name. Jewel box was broken. This is not what I originally ordered. Hence I am highly dissatisfied with the procedure.
