Payment made / Wrong consignment received

India Times Shopping delivered me a wrong consignment on C.O.D basis thro' their order no : 11738437 . My order was for Watches, total value of Rs, 749/- as per TOI Reader's offer, I received a parcel of different set of watches is valued at total Rs.599/-.I opened the parcel and found some of the items were even defective. Seeing the poor quality of their products and gross deficiency of customer service I have requested for full refund of Rs.749/- and arrange to collect their wrong consignment. To my surprise India Times is not even apologetic for the mistake. I PAID FOR THE PRODUCT I DID NOT WANT . Still no action is forthcoming - sad state of affairs, indeed.
