No Replacement against Defective Delivery of car stereo

The replacement for the faulty delivery against my order referred in subject mater has so far not been given. on 4th October, as per SMS received from AD-ishop, it was assured that the complaint shall be resolved within 5 days (The latest complaint registration no.is 1258016). So far I have not received any call from indiatimes.
When I call Customer care numbers 18002000305, the recorded voice keep telling that customer care executive shall shortly answer your call. However after waiting for upto 15 minutes (not less than 6 occasions), no one answers. These calls should be free but Indiatimes charge money for these calls also. It seems they are trying to make money by engaging customers on phone for long durations.
When I send e-mail on customerservice@indiatimes.co.in, it bounces off. No way you can contact these frauds.
I request you once look into the matter.
