HI I have done online transaction for (Titan Fastrack Grunge Ladies Watch 6003SL04)

through indiatimes shopping .com on Oct 2

.I have received that watch on 6th oct.

1) Watch is not Working

2) It is not the same Product as it displayed in Indiatimes shopping list. I think I got 6003SEA

its look like duplicate watch. Really i have very bad experience with indiatimes shopping

For this complaint i have called more than 50 times no one is picking the call

always one pre recored message is there ."... Please call after some times ..."

even i have send so many mails and feed back to operationhead as well as other email id

but no response from them regarding that.

every time i am geting this Ticket Number: SHOP-353533 after that no response i

am fedup with this servie from india times shopping.
