Hi,

I have been cheated by the India Times shopping department.

I placed an order for a digital camera through them. That product was never delivered.

They have setup a show piece IVR system where they never pickup your call if you select "inquire order status" but if you select "place an order", someone picks up the call and tells you that you need to call the customer care department for your order status.

I have been trying to reach them for over a month now and everytime it's the same response...

Not sure if this forum can help me fight these cheats but hopefully my experience will prevent save others from being cheated.
