We booked order on 15th October for a mobile, which costs Rs.9000/-. They have given order reference no. as 200910150923271. We haven't got the mobile till today or the status of the order. We have tried your customer service number for the past 4 days, nobody is attending the calls or it is busy.

I want to know the status of the order or refund the money immediately.
