Not receving the consigment even after 20 days

Dear sir,

I have orerd one mobile thru intiatimes. they have infored that the product is couriered thru elbee couriers on 7th oct. with way bill No 3500 00151. howevesr the sme is not delivered to me even after 20 days. i have tried to contact u r phone No.3100 2222 but could get deseried results/status as many times no body lifts the phone and evenafter lifing the phone un able to give reight information coasuing lots of inconvenience to me. pl. look into the matter and arrange to deliver the consginment to my address.
