I have booked online a panasonic cordless phone in INDIATIMES SHOPPING (Order no-111998240) on 23/9/09. The item has not reached me but the company has given me a false courier No. of TNT (as given by Inditimeshopping-485286332) and when I enquired the TNT courier about the given Consignment no., they said it was incorrect.

The INDIATIMES SHOPPING has not refunded my money till today.
