I have purchase an item from india times shopping. Details of order are as below:

I have placed an order over phone (9891865282) on first week of May. The amount was paid by me by ICICI credit card over phone.

I have received item on 14th May. They have not sent all items as discussed during telephonic discussion with india time shopping executive. I found that following thing are missing.

1. Oven stick (Used for removing heated food from oven):- This was committed by india time shopping executive during telephonic call.

2. Hand gloves (Used for removing heated food from oven):- This was committed by india time shopping executive during telephonic call.

3. Demonstration for oven: - This was committed by india time shopping executive during telephonic call.

4. I have noticed that gift voucher worth Rs. - supplied by india time shopping is already expired on 31st Dec. 2009. You need to send me another gift voucher.

5. The item was delivered on Friday. During telephonic call your executive confirms the delivery of item will be in Saturday or Sunday only.

6. During order india time shopping executive confirm delivery time will be in six days. But order was delayed.

7. Warranty card.

I have wrote e mails to india times shoping many times. But i do not get any reply from their side. I am also attaching below the proof of e- mails & REMINDERS which i have send to them.

Please do needful, So that i can get balance items.
