IndiaTimes Shopping not given a Gift Certificate as per their offe

Hello!

I place order on 27th May with indiatimes shopping site. And as per their offer they required to provide be Rs.250 GV. (details given on: http://shopping.indiatimes.com/home/chapparphaadke.html page).

But after purchase I not get it!

So, I call them on their customer care number and there team reply me that I get it within 48hrs in my mobile. But I not received it!

So, I send email to their team more than 3 times and than I get reply that "With reference to your mail dated - 09.07.10 for order number - 112376083, we regret to inform you that we can not provide the GC number, because GC number is not applicable with your order. So, we are unable to process your request."!!!

As per their offer page "This promotion is valid on all categories at Indiatimes Shopping site excluding Book Club Membership orders." than why you tell me that my order is not eligible to get GV???

So, I again send few emails but now NO reply!

I also submitted support ticket on their website (SHOP-374794) but they deleted it without any reply!

It saws that they are cheating with people!

Waiting for my GV as per their offer...
