I have not received the ordered product

1) I ordered a "Double Threaded Sewing MAchine with Foot Pedal Hobby 25 pcs Toll Kit" on 17th AUG and paid in full the amt of Rs. 884 by Credit Card.

2) I received a mail on 18th AUG stating my order was shipped and I would receive my order within 7 days.

3) I received the Tool Kit within a week BUT am yet to receive the main product the Sewing Machine. Today being 2 months and 10 days.

4) I have made many call to the call centre but to no avail.

5) Plaese help get the machine delivered or the Money refunded
