I had ordered a Nokia E71 mobile on 11th Aug vide order no- 111238420. Till today I had not received my consignment. When I contacted customer care he replied that it will take another 7 to 10 days.

This will not be tolerated. Everywhere in the website they advertises that shipping will be done within 7 days.
